MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS  - Be male, more than 24 years of age, willing to commit to a minimum of 3 months, one meeting per week. Purchase a $14.00 book for training purposes.

WHO SHOULD JOIN US -  Men of any race, creed, color, or sexual orientation, who would like to connect with other men, explore themselves and Manhood in general, and are willing to promote growth and positive change within.

WHO SHOULD NOT JOIN US - Schizophrenics, untreated bi-polars, chemically-dependent, unstable or suicidal. Men obsessed with control or other agendas.

PROCESS - Leaderless, bi-weekly "facilitator" rotates among members. Facilitator may design or enact activities, and keeps the group on track. We use a "talking stick" to remind the group of who has the floor. Each man has a right to "pass" on an activity.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - A simple interview and your subsequent commitment. New members are placed on a waiting list for the next opening. All new recruits train for 2 months as outlined in the book.

MEETINGS - 6-8PM One night per week, usually Tuesdays at one of the members' house.

OTHER SERVICES We maintain a very large "SWEAT LODGE", in Wide Hollow, which is available to interested parties free of charge. It is protected from the elements, and is used year round. Both men and women's groups are currently using the lodge.

HISTORY - The group was founded Jan 1996. We represent no interests or organizations other than ourselves. We have no political or social agendas and refuse all requests for certification, etc. We are a non-profit social club, in accordance with IRS section 501 (c) (7). Financial statement available upon request.

CONSULTING - We can help you start a Men's Group in your community. We have several years of experience in recruiting members, establishing commitment, creating functional and meaningful meetings, etc. If you'd like some guidance or advice about forming a Men's Group (or other support group), contact us.
